NO HONOR

Trust no one.

No Honor is a short heist game where you assemble a crew of criminals and watch the operation unfold through a tactical surveillance system.

Every crew member has a role to play, but someone may have other plans.

Choose your team, watch their behavior during the heist, keep track of their status, and decide who can actually be trusted before someone escapes with the loot.

HOW TO PLAY

Before every heist, choose your crew. Each criminal has a specific role:

Breacher
Opens blocked paths and gets the crew through secured areas.

Carrier
Carries the loot and keeps it moving safely with the team.

Hacker
Disables security systems, alarms and electronic obstacles.

Assassin
Takes down guards and protects the crew from direct threats.

Once the mission begins, your crew acts on their own. Watch them carefully.

WATCH THEIR STATUS

Your crew's status can give you clues about how they are feeling:

  • Happy — Everything seems fine.
  • Mid — Normal behavior.
  • Planning — They might be up to something.
  • Worried — Fear can make people unpredictable.

A nervous crew member isn't necessarily a traitor, and a calm one isn't necessarily innocent.

REPORT TO TEAM

If you think someone is a threat, select their crew identifier and use REPORT TO TEAM.

You only have 2 reports per mission, so choose carefully.

A wrong report wastes one of your chances.
A correct report could save the entire heist.

BETRAYAL

Any member of your crew can betray you.

A traitor may wait for the right opportunity, steal the loot and attempt to escape.

More people, higher betrayal risk.

Your job isn't to control the criminals.
Your job is to understand them before it's too late.

CONTROLS

Most of the game is played through observation and UI interaction with the mouse.

WATCH CLOSELY.
TRUST NO ONE.

Theme: Trust No One

No Honor was created for Brackeys Game Jam 2026.2. The game was designed around the idea of not directly controlling your crew. Instead, you have to watch their behavior and decide whether the people working for you can actually be trusted.
